The Team

Colette Dyer

With over 20 years experience in the holiday property industry my heart goes out to owners who need support and direction. There are so many choices in marketing a property and the dilemma is often what route to take.

I enjoy guiding owners on their journey and over the years have achieved the maximum potential for their properties. This includes advice on styling the properties for their ideal guests, income estimates and advising on the appropriate marketing channels.

Still very actively engaged in the industry running a holiday home management company I have learnt what sells and what your ideal guest expects.

Being brought up and currently living in Pembrokeshire, Wales, a UK holiday hotspot, I have deep insight in to tourism and can apply this experience anywhere in the UK.

Educated to Masters level I can also advise on the compliance of your holiday property.

I really enjoy helping people with their exciting adventure of running a profitable holiday let.

Tom Dyer

With over 10 years experience of being at the front end of social media strategy I understand the difficulties faced by owners who find it overwhelming to harness the power of the internet.

Working across industries has helped me understand the types of customers who are likely to engage with your property, and I enjoy the process of creating and publicising the story of your holiday let to give your ideal guest an excellent stay.

Understanding who your ideal guest is, is the first step in achieving great holiday results and I can help you identify this person.

Educated to degree level and holding a Level 4 Certificate in Digital Marketing as an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, (as well as being a qualified Project Manager), I am confident that we can make your properties as appealing online as they are in real life.
